Abstract
We used an external vibration to move an elastic body. This research aims to analyze the moving behavior of an elastic body for excitation amplitude and excitation frequency of plate excided externally by the experiment and the numerical simulation, and to clarify the mechanism of the moving behavior. As a result, it was clarified that its horizontal displacement and, the moving behavior changed to be forward, to be backward or to repeat to be forward and to be backward in a short time according to the timing when its both legs contacted with the plate.
