Abstract
This study investigated the effect of the stretch pole exercise in young and elderly groups on the range of the motion at shoulder joint, sitting trunk flexion, standing posture, EEG, and mental factors. After the stretch pole exercise, the range of motion at shoulder joint, sitting trunk flexion and α land α 3 in EEG increased in each group. The feeling after the stretch pole exercise in elderly group for relax, and loose of muscle were obtained of comfortable.
