Abstract
In this paper, the authors propose a three-dimensional seismic isolation table consisting of a vertical seismic isolation system using a Λ-shaped link mechanism and a horizontal seismic isolation table using semicircular springs. The vertical isolation system has an approximate bilinear spring force characteristic. The seismic responses of a mass installed on the table boards of the vertical and three-dimensional isolation tables were measured using a three-dimensional vibration machine. These experimental results were compared with the calculated results, and the effects of vibration isolation in three-dimensional directions and the validity of the calculations were substantiated.
