Abstract
This paper describes open loop control that imitates velocity FB control promptly grows up, attenuates the displacement of the transportation table, and the high-speed fixed quantity supply can be done. Open loop control focus on control force of velocity feed back control. It was clarified that the control power becomes equal with the output that the power instruction was passed through the notch filter. In addition, when the power instruction is a sine wave, the control power can be shown by the addition to driving frequency component and natural frequency component.
