Abstract
In recent year, it is reported the analysis of roll and lateral vehicle behaviors due to the road input. However, there are few researches about the suspension control which considered the suspension characteristic that influences these dynamics. In this paper, a vehicle model including the suspension characteristic that influences these dynamics is constructed, Pade approximation of the time delay of the road input from the front wheel to the rear wheel is carried out, and the robust control system design which sets the lateral acceleration of the vehicle to one of the amounts of evaluation function is proposed. As the result, it was confirmed that proposed control system is effective in reducing the lateral behavior of the vehicle due to antiphase road disturbance.
