Abstract

In recent years, there has been a growing demand in the manufacturing field for more efficient product design and development, and for the development of more valuable products. To achieve this, it is necessary to have technologies that can achieve both diverse performance at an early stage of design, such as by eliminating "Temodori," as well as technologies that encourage the creation of new value. The models in “1D CAE” and “MBD” are useful as the technology. We have been studing in utilizing these technologies for designing highly efficient, Temodori-free designs through multi-performance optimization at an early stage of design, and creating new value in the process. In this paper, energy transfer characteristics(CLF)between two masses of two degree of freedom vibration system are newly derived. And the interpretation of vibration phenomena based on the CLF and its application to design are demonstrated. Finally, an example of vibration reduction of an automobile engine shake is discussed in comparison with the results of a reference.
