Abstract

All objects have vibration modes, which are deformation shapes that tend to vibrate, and measuring them is very useful in structural design/failure diagnosis. In this study, we have achieved low-cost, high-resolution measurement of high-frequency vibration modes by applying image correlation and compressed sensing to images taken by a low-cost, high-resolution, low-speed camera. In the previous paper, we reported the measurement under single-frequency excitation, and in this presentation, we will report the results of the extended measurement to unsteady vibration such as noise excitation.
