Abstract

Under the Corona disaster, the number of people enjoying music at home is increasing, and noise complaints are increasing in residential areas. Therefore, a foldable origami sound insulation board that is lightweight and does not annoy neighbors is being considered for development. Based on the excellent results obtained in the paper-based Bezier curve shape optimization study, models for the shape of the origami sound insulation board are proposed and simulated. First, the effect of an origami sound insulation board model is compared with that of a simple flat wall, its characteristics is clarified, and the optimal structure is derived. The effect of changing the angle of the double wall is also investigated.
