Abstract
It is discussed that there are two kinds of collaboration or team working. One is to form a team for innovation. Another is for creating something. If it is for innovation, team working does not have to be strategic, but may be tactical, and too much interaction between the members may not be necessary. But if it comes to creating something by team working, it must be very much strategic and interactive. Invention may come from one individual, and it may not be from a group of people in a team, but The interaction among different kinds of people in a team would contribute a great deal in realizing invention.
