Abstract

We propose a new concept of CAD/CAM/CAE-Integrated system that works on the common graphical data. And it has the function of process design for molding by the use of Topology (Meaning is different from the idiomatic expression in custom CAD). We use the special area coordinate system for the parametric space to define the surface that is different form the custom boorean CAD system, and we can define circler patch without trim. And adding to it, it has no error in the connection between surfaces. This system reduce the quantity of the graphic data to 1/100 of custom CAD, and this feature of topology-CAD is very useful for the Revolution on Web of Production Technology.
