Abstract
In this paper, deal with the optimum design technique for the coupling problem of heat conduction and structure analysis, put different analysis problem into the same optimum design model, use the basis vector method which can control complex 3D shape optimization problem, and develop the special analysis solver for the coupling problem of heat conduction and static structure with same shape (nodal coordinates and element connectivity) data which satisfied special needs of shape optimization. Furthermore, assemble the design sensitivity analysis module, the optimization technique module, etc., and developed the program, which optimize the coupling problem of heat conduction and static structure. Using result of some application examples, it verified the usefulness and the validity of this program.
