Abstract
E-learning systems used for education in various environments have been developed. Some of the systems utilize satellite line and/or special devices. Currently, however, none of them could realize real-time transmission of data, voice and bidirectional interlocking movement of animation for multiple users. In this study, we aim at developing a system based on the existing Internet, by which the real-time transmission of data, voice and bidirectional interlocking of animation can be realized.
