Abstract
In this paper, we develop an arm wrestling interaction robot for the application to the robot which observes human facial color under emotional change with force display. The arm wrestling interaction robot can apply the force display to the trainee's upper arms and forearms. By using the robot, the changes of various physiological data can be measured and analyzed as an index of emotional state associated with circulatory dynamics in response to force display. We also propose the concept of a robot system for rehabilitation and health care support.
