Abstract
This paper presents a recycling system model in which economic agents such as producers, consumers and dismantlers make decision in durable goods market. Comparison of theoretical equilibrium and experiments with human subjects shows some characteristics of recycling markets. Especially, we analyze the experimental results with respect to diffusion of recycled products, and reveal relationship between costs and sales.
