Abstract
This paper proposes a co-creative decision-making method of artifactual systems to create effective solutions under incomplete conditions. It does so by using bounded rationality as a characteristic of agents. This paper clarifies our concept of "co-creation" and describes difference between co-creative decision-making system and emergent system: emergence multiplex is the most important characteristic of co-creative decision-making systems and the source of their complexity and difficulty. We have classified problems of emergent synthesis into four classes based on level of difficulty. The problems this research deals with is Class-IV: problems with environmental uncertainty, ambiguity of purpose, and agents' bounded rationality. We describe the definition of bounded rational agents and also describe a computer simulation for ascertaining the effectiveness of introducing such agents.
