Abstract
Set-based design approach is a methodology for conceptual design support and its availability for the application to real design problem, such as the automobile body structure, has been shown. On the other hand, the systematic approach is proposed for a design methodology. In the present study, a computer support system for the education of conceptual design, based on the introduction of the set-based design approach to the systematic approach of design, is proposed.
