Abstract
Designer's decision making in the feedback process is one of the big issues for shortening the design lead time. In this paper, the method of supporting feedback design process is proposed. We collected a variety of feedback actions in LSI design, and classified them from the viewpoint of the function-technology-technique hierarchy, the process feedback ahead, and influence to other elements. Then, each arranged feedback action are evaluated their important degrees by five evaluation points. In addition, the method for suggesting a effective feedback action in current design case by using the importance degree as weight parameter is proposed.
