Abstract
We worked on the case study about concept development of sight seeing information system & equipment, and tried human centered design process which includes two new supporting methods. As a result, the new sightseeing information system & equipment concept was developed effectively that based not only the traveler who use information but also the benefit of the entrepreneur and the resident in the region, also had been considered about usability. In addition, enough analysis result was obtained from two proposed method "User experience scenario generation based on user needs strength" and "Requirements extraction for the communication support system", therefore effectiveness of both methods was confirmed.
