Abstract
Recently, manufacturing industry is highly required to shorten the development time to market for producing the high quality product. So, improvement activity to understand the development status adequately is proceeding by site administrative function. However, they have a major difficulty in process improvement as a result of technology trend change toward the ulti-functionality and high performance. These social needs make manager's skill difficult and increase workload of management function to control the product development process visually. This paper demonstrates the process optimizing method to improve the QCD (Quality, Cost and Delivery) of electronic products and process visualization idea based on the improvement result.
