Abstract
This paper proposes a methodology to evaluate organizational performance using a developed engine. The engine seeks the minimum time required to accomplish the production process based on the various tasks defined, composition of workers, and the individual worker's skills. By quantitatively evaluating the influence of different organizational structures, this paper will show that the developed engine is helpful in making the optimal production process.
