Abstract
Understanding the customer's requirement is important for a conceptual design. Successful companies are providing the high quality service by which customer receive the Kando and satisfaction. Thus, the element of customer's satisfaction is necessary for great success in business. Therefore, Sato et al. proposed the new system-Idea Creation Support System (ICSS)-for an idea creation with Kando. In this paper, we evaluated Kando qualities obtained via ICSS using the SD method. As a result, we confirmed that Kando qualities obtained from ICSS become elements relevant to Kando.
