Abstract

In the concept design methodology of the aspect responding to needs, which is based on the conception that concept equals to system, this paper is discussing about the way how anyone can define the inducing concept not to miss the target what every stakeholder can accept, with the adoption of Ontology and Ultimately Scientific Approach.
