Abstract
In recent years, high-rise buildings more than 500 meters height have been built in the Middle East and China. Elevators in such high-rise buildings have long control cables and that causes weight of cables heavy, and the load on the elevator system becomes the greater. Non-contact power supply technology to the car power supply is one of the ways to resolve the problem because it can reduce the weight of control cables. In this paper, we propose a non-contact power supply system configuration that combines the power storage device as suitable for elevators. Furthermore, we show the outline of the prototype in order to verify the feasibility of the proposed system.
