Abstract
The range of the assessment by E2-PA includes not only the environmental impact of the industrial products but also the utility of that. In this study, we investigate the utility of PC, laundry machine and television. For investigating those utilities it is necessary to make a multiple regression analysis based on two assumptions. One is to consider the market price of the industrial products as the objective variable and the other is to consider the factor of that as the interpretative variable. According to the result of the multiple regression analysis it is judged whether the utility is appropriate or not. And the result of the assessment by E2-PA that demanded from the multiple regression analysis is compared with the result regarding the main function as the utility about PC and laundry machine. Those consequences represent the indicator for deciding the utility of the industrial products.
