Abstract
Distributed power-supply system has important roles for constructing effective energy-supply network which can eliminate emissions of not only CO_2 but also other pollutants and for economizing in the use of fossil energy resources. This paper aims a proposal of an intellectual process for introducing distributed power-supply systems from a viewpoint of effective thermal energy utilization with taking due account of the various environments around the systems which will make it possible to proceed for an important step toward the realization of naturally selecting a way to eliminate the emissions by self-action of the users. This proposal consists of on-going studies of our group for modeling energy-demand based on actions of users, the simulation of energy network, importance of introducing natural energy, importance of modeling actual part-load efficiency and energy consumption. The proposal for using distributed power-supply systems is summarized from both scientific fundamentals and actual considerations in
