Abstract
This paper reviews cell damage and deformation process in the fields of medical application for shock waves. Plane shock waves are used to study degree of damage for cells, animal cells, red blood cells, etc. and to check the oscillation systems between water and cells near natural frequency of the systems. New applications by shock waves are also shown and induced problems are suggested.
