Abstract
Mechanical properties are strongly dependent on the microstructures influenced by heat treatment and cold work. Indentation technique was applied to evaluate the mechanical property of the Ni based alloy with various microstructures subjected to heat treatment and cold work. Tensile tests were carried out to understand the effect of the treatments on the mechanical properties. The specimens for indentation test were cut in the tensile axial and radial directions from the rod specimens used in tensile test. The inverse analysis with Kalman filter were carried out on the indentation load-depth curves to estimate the constitutive equation.
