Abstract
The object of our study is the development of a new way to overcome the vibration problem on plate structures by change of structure on structural energy transmission. We recognized the change of structural intensity on plates by the stiffness. The cause of the change has not been able to be explained clearly. This paper discusses the reason that the structural intensity changes using the spring-mass-damper systems. As a result, it is shown that the product of the modal vector and the force on the mass has a relation with the change of the direction of the intensity.
