Abstract
Recently, soil pollution with volatile organic compounds (VOC) is revealed. And quick purification of polluted soil is seriously required. This paper describes a result of clean-up experiment for polluted soil with trichloroethylene. Clean-up system consists of clod smashing machine, mobile type soil recycling machine (SR-P) and regenerative catalytic oxidizer system (RCO). This is suitable system for "Hot SOIRU" method of construction. Experimental results show that this system can purify polluted soil with trichloroethylene quickly, certainly and safely.
