Abstract
In this paper, a simple shelter house model for evacuees undergoing natural disasters such as earthquake or typhoon is presented. When the natural disaster occurs, the evacuees have to live in a public facilities like a community center or a school building. Most evacuees who live in such a situation suffers from stresses. In some cases, this bad living conditions even cause a secondary disaster in a evacuation cite. To improve the wrenched circumstances in which the evacuees live, we propose an simple shelter house model that is constructed by concave-convexo shaped blocks which are made of expanded polystyrene.
