It is necessary to improve autonomous driving technology not only from the viewpoint of reducing automobile accidents, but also from the viewpoint of reducing driver work load and integrating the environment. In addition to specialized knowledge in mechanical, electrical, and information systems, knowledge and experience in autonomous driving AI are required to train engineers involved in automobile development. This paper develops autonomous driving AI educational teaching materials using easy and inexpensive component equipment such as hobby vehicles so that autonomous driving AI can be learned and practiced, and describes educational examples using this teaching material.
