Abstract
The aim of this paper is to attract attention to the importance of the human factor in the long term process of support and maintenance of the nuclear technological and radioactive dangerous objects. The "long term" means not tens but about hundreds of years. The first generation of engineers and scientists, who founded and developed nuclear energy infrastructures have been gaining the experience in operation and performance of these facilities. It has been realised that a nuclear reactor could become very dangerous object, even after a first technological campaign. It should be stated that almost all acting nuclear reactors will be halted in 10-20 years. It is the task for us to plan the strategy for decommissioning for the next few generations that will live in the period of future 200-300 years. The long-term support to the nuclear energy utilization, and operation, management and maintenance of radioactive dangerous objects, radioactive materials and wastes should be based on the informational technologic systems. The main tasks of such systems are : ・The ability to retrieve and process data for particular tasks; ・Reliable saving of the information; ・Continuous development of the system and its adapting to requirements of new users. Thus, the information system should be able to create the environment for the data storage on the basis of input data. This task is implemented most simply with the establishment of firm unit databases. These databases have precise structure, which does not vary. If the data structure varies during the time of informational technologic system application, the feebly unit database would be applied, and this should cause the trouble. But, if the structure of the unit database does not vary, there should be no problems with the storage of new data during the long-term usage of the information system. The modern resources for operation with databases can provide reliable saving of information. But it concerns only physical data structure. The user can change the data content during the system's usage intentionally or by an error. It is necessary to be protected from such errors by backup copying of the database, providing necessary database, and by delimiting the access rights to not authorized users. These stated problems should be solved and eliminated by the developers of the informational system.
