Abstract

Under severe accident conditions, the severe accident management personnel mainly manage the state of nuclear power plant according to the SAMG. In order to implement the SAMG efficiently and accurately, the Intelligent Aid Decision System for severe accident management of nuclear power plants is developed to assist the personnel in making decisions. The Intelligent Aid Decision System for severe accident management includes data interface and processing module, nuclear power plant state intelligent diagnosis module, intelligent aid decision module of SAMG, database module of SAMG and online information transfer module. Through the data interface with the nuclear power plant, the system can monitor the equipment status and instrument parameters related to the severe accidents management in real time, so as to provide the severe accident management personnel with realtime and intuitive status display. The system uses the nuclear power plant state diagnosis table to automatically diagnose the state of the nuclear power plant, and alarms to execute the corresponding severe accident management sub-guidelines; According to the collected data and judgment criteria, the availability of equipment related to severe accident management is automatically judged. And the decision sheet is automatically generated according to the evaluation. The system can send the decision sheet to the emergency chief commander for approval on line and send it to the main control room personnel to carry out the severe accident management operation..
