Abstract

We evaluate the piezoelectric vibration energy power generator that is developed by us in this paper. In the technology of piezoelectric vibration energy harvesting, it is well known that the harvesting efficiency can be enhanced by changing the circuit state suitably. The power generator realizes the controlling the circuit state without external power sources and external sensors. Consequently, the power generator can be driven independent from the external environments completely. The power generator is evaluated in three respects, the amount of harvesting energy, the charging time, and the electric power consumption. We confirm that the power generator is efficient based on experiment results.
