Abstract

In recent years, as a manufacturing technology of a flexible device, a print electronics technology attracts attention. However, mass production of flexible devices is required, and improvement of mass productivity is required. Therefore, it is expected to introduce a roll-to-roll production system which carries out processing while supporting and conveying a web using a frictional force with a roller. In the past research, we improved the trouble during transportation, so we tried to fabricate a flexible pressure sensor using the printing method that can be introduced into this method. First, attempts were made to fabricate a flexible pressure sensor by printing and firing a piezoelectric element or a conductive ink using an inkjet apparatus or a gravure printing apparatus. In addition, printing accuracy was measured according to conveyance conditions by printing on a mat coated paper conveyed with an ink jet device attached to a conveying device.
