Abstract

In recent years, the deterioration of bridges has progressed rapidly. However, the number of engineers involved in bridge inspections is on the decline. Therefore, it is necessary to save labor in inspection, and screening bridges that require inspection is one of the promising methods. There is a relationship between the amount of bridge use and the progress of damage, and the passage of large vehicles has a particularly large impact on the progress of bridge damage. Therefore, we focused on the traffic volume of large vehicles on the bridge. The vibration of the bridge was collected by vibration sensor that we developed, and the vibration was analyzed by artificial intelligence. As a result, the traffic detection rate for large vehicles was about 90%.
