Abstract
The porous film of polymer system is mainly used as various separation membrane in various field. There are many manufacturing technology in the forming of polymer system porous film. In the one there is a method for making the porous film by the extraction of the fine particle filler in some solvent after it added fine particle filler which solves in the solvent in the polymer and did those mixing. The manufacturing Technology of porous film until now many research and development have been carried out, and fine particle filler which dissolves in organic solvent has been used. In the present study, the development of porous film manufacturing process in which the disaster prevention was safe was carried out without having adverse effects on the environment. The water-soluble filler was used for the micropore formation material, and they were polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and sugar of the food. Water permeability performance evaluation was also tested using obtained porous film.
