Abstract
Spray flames change their appearance and structure depending on the parameters regarding atomization, evaporation and two-phase interaction, such as size distribution and number density of droplets and so on. In order to elucidate spray flame structure, especially, to examine propagating flame in spray stream, we observed change of flame shape by introducing fuel droplets using counterflow burner. Accordingly, different type of flames influenced by spray characteristics appeared.
