Abstract
Self-organization of dislocation network induced by interaction between mobile and immobile dislocation densities leads anisotropy of strain-hardening. In the present study, patterning of dislocation density evolved by the Celluar Automata method is analyzed using a two-dimensional three slipping model in the fcc-like (111) plane and then linked to the strain-hardening constitutive model.
