Abstract
In this paper, for the perpendicular arm installed on the table which was easy to shake, control system with the robustness for the vibration of the table is designed. It is important to constitute the control system with the robustness for the vibration from floor and table in degree of freedom and cost reduction in the installation of industrial robot.
