Instrument and Control technology for Sleel Making Process and Environmental Plant

Abstract

We introduce several control and measurement applications which have been developed by Kobe Steele Production System Research Laboratory. First, a Mill Balance Control system based on ILQ design method for a steel rolling process is shown. Second, we illustrate a multivaiable Model Redictive Contol system for a pyrolytic-gasification-and-melting-fumace. Finalry, a visual feedback system based on Fuzzy inference for a swirling flow melting fumace is introduced.
