514 Development of Small Trailer for Refuge from Tunami with Assist by Air Power

When a massive earthquake occurs, littoral residents have to take refuge in the higher location before tsunami invades. Then a small trailer called "Rear-Car" is effective as an auxiliary implement for carrying the bedridden old person or disabled person in legs. And if torque assistant apparatus used air pressure is attached, the traction going up hills will be reduced. In this research, the small trailer assisted by air pressure was manufactured, and the basic testing was performed.
