In this study, we evaluated the effect of wall cooling on CO generation and emission in a one-dimensional laminar flame. The CO distribution was measured using gas sampling and CO-TALIF. In the region where quench occurs (flat flame edge), the amount of CO is large, and in the region where stable flame is formed (flat flame center), the amount of CO is small. At the flame edge, the lower the flame temperature, the higher the CO concentration. At the center of the flame, the lower the flame temperature, the lower the CO concentration.
