Abstract
FRP (Fiber Reinforced plastic) is widely used for construction of many structures because of its high strength to weight and stiffness to weight. A structure is made of a new developed FRP. Structure is subjected to static load and dynamic load. Thus, response of structure made of FRP subjected to dynamic load is one of important items considered in design. In this paper, dynamic characteristics of structure made of FRP are measured. The damping ratio and the natural frequency of structure for some manufacturing conditions are measured.
