Abstract
Many birds increase by flapping the wing and the whole wing is flexibly moved this time. This movement produces a difference in the air resistance. The air is grasped enough, when the wing is moved in the downward direction. The air is released from the clearance of the wing, when the wing is moved upward. It is considered to apply this mechanism to the bird type wing of the wind turbine. In the paper, wind collector suitable for this vertical axis wind turbine is produced, and collection wind characteristics by the wind direction have been clarified experimentally.
