Abstract
This paper describes the effect of strain rate on perforated plate of SUS304 under elevated temperature. The fatigue and creep damages on structural member of power-generating plant under long term running and high temperature condition are problems. In order to evaluate the creep fatigue and fatigue damage, loading waves that have different strain rate and wave form were used in elevated temperature fatigue test. This fatigue test showed that the specimen that has high strain in early phase tends to break earlier. And two methods that are Neuber's law and Stress Redistribution Locus (SRL) are used to evaluate the fatigue life.
