Abstract
C_<60> fullerene is a kind of carbon allotrope with spherical molecule structure. C_<60> fullerene using the electrical characteristics is expected the application to a semiconductor device etc. Fullerene polymerize in irradiation with an electron beam onto fullerene thin film. And, the conductivity of the fullerene thin film continuously changes from the insulator to the conductor with irradiation time of an electron beam. C_<60> fullerene polymer thin films that have these characteristics are expected the application to a semiconductor device, electronic devices, etc. In this research, a mechanical characteristics of fullerene polymer thin films was measured. As a mechanical characteristics, Hardness and Wettability was measured.
