Abstract
VES(Virtual Engineering System) developed on the Internet is a simulation system that carries out thing-making on the computer network as a CAE(Computer Aided Engineering) system. VES is adopting the JAVA or CGI(Common Gateway Interface) for the interface between server and client through the network and applying to a variety of fields. In this study, as one of prototype of VES, a stress analysis system of beam model has been developed in parallel and distributed computers and technology of Web Computing and future plan of VES are discussed
