Abstract
In this research, Micro Nano Form Rolling method was developed. This method is expected for structuring micro cyclic structure. Micro cyclic structuring experiment was carried out to pure aluminum using roller tool with microscale and nanoscale cyclic structure, and relationship between processing conditions and the transcribing behavior was investigated. As a result, microscale and nanoscale cyclic structure was successfully transcribed to pure aluminum. Moreover, it was found that relationship between load and the transcribing behavior at Micro Form Rolling, and it was confirmed that relationship between load, surface roughness of roller tool and the transcribing behavior at Nano Form Rolling.
