Abstract
The technique to process a glass which contains metal has been researched. We previously proposed a new technique of importing a metal particle into a glass. A metal foil was attached to the glass and irradiated with a continuous wave laser (CW laser). As a result, the metal foil was melted and imported to the glass as a particle. However, it is known that only a few types of metal are able to be imported. In order to import the high thermal diffusion metal, we illuminated the laser to the metal powder inside the glass. Metal powder was introduced inside the glass by annealing. As a result, annealed sample was able to be imported to the glass as a sphere. In addition, Ni was examined as a use as a sample and it was able to be imported into the glass.
